Description

Processing material of coix seed processing plant is coix seed, which capacity is 30t/d (millet output measured by 8 hour every day), and the quality requirements are millet content below 10%.

Machines used for Coix Seed Processing Plant

Seed huller, 5XFZ-15 air screen cleaner with gravity table, 5XFJ-20Y grader, 5XF-20 air screen cleaner, DTY-10M elevator, 700 screw dust collector, raw material silo, bag-type dust collect, auxiliary equipment (including electronic control system, wind net pipeline, material conveying pipeline, etc).

Technical Process of Coix Seed Processing Line

1. 1# elevator through Tee-junction structure conveying pipeline divided the material to two parts into the material silo, then material in silo were distributed into four pipeline respectively into four hullers. The hullers can work at the same time.
2. The material finished from huller respectively come into 20 series air screen cleaner (the cleaner is consists of 4 air screen ), which can remove dust, light husk and other impurities.
3. These husk, dust from 20 series screen cleaner come into 1# dust collector and 2# dust collector. The outlet airflow from 1# and 2#dust collector fan respectively into 1# bag-type dust collector and 2# bag-type dust collector, then the husk intensively out from 9L unloader (below the 1# and 2#dust collector ), the dust intensively out from 1# bag-type dust collector and 2# bag-type dust collector.
4. The material come into 20Y series grader of grading treatment after screening in 20 series screen cleaner. The screen box of 20Y series uses five layers grading screen boxes. With 1500mm screen width and 2400 mm screen length, screen box has two layers screen pieces. Screen pieces are installed on the second and fourth (screen overflow full of millet, the fourth screen underflow full of rice husk compound), the screen frame clapboard is installed on the third ( screen overflow full of rice husk compound), the first and fifth remade outlet grain tank(outlet size be enlarged to avoid blocking up matter ) and inlet grain tank. The millet on the second and fourth through 3# elevator up to material silo.
5. The rice husk compound from 20Y series grader come into 15 series gravity machine through 2# elevator, and then the husk, dust after screening in 15 series come into 3# collector. The outlet airflow from 3# dust collector fan directly access 3# bag-type dust collector, then the husk intensively out from 9L unloader (below the 3# dust collector ), the dust intensively out from 3# bag-type dust collector.
6. 2# elevator make the rice compound up to 15 series gravity machine, the screened broken grain is separate collection. The separated millet from 15 series gravity machine through 4# elevator up to 3# elevator, coming with the material in 3# elevator up to material silo. The separated material from 15 series gravity machine is the finished material, that is millet.
